Regina, December 13th, 2011 –The Conseil scolaire fransaskois (CSF) met with the House of Commons Standing Committee on Official Languages in Ottawa on December 13th, 2011. The memorandum presented to the Committee detailed the problems associated with chronic underfunding for education in French and the negative consequences that this situation continues to bring about for all Fransaskois right-holders. Read more
