Logo

Conseil des écoles fransaskoises

What is the meaning behind our logo and the link between all the colors and symbols?

  • The idea was first to incorporate the Fransaskois colors (which are also coincidentally the colors of fall): green, red and yellow.
  • The circle formed by two shapes in the form of a "C" (for "Conseil") represents all the schools administered by the CÉF. They reflect the elements that can be found in our families: love, friendship, exogamy, inclusion…
  • To the left is a fleur-de-lys, which has become one of the Fransaskois symbols in Saskatchewan.
  • To the right is an open book which symbolizes knowledge, a love of learning and the education received by students within our schools.
  • At the bottom are two students, representing all the boys and girls attending francophone schools, and their awakening to learning.

In order to ensure effective branding for the Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF), a uniform, consistent and powerful standard image has been developed.
