Documents to provide

If you or your spouse meet the requirements and would like to register your child online in a Fransaskois school, please complete the online form or the following application forms (E-1) and e-mail to the Board office at admission@cefsk.ca . Should you require additional information, call us toll-free at 1-877-273-6661.

Documents required for registration
 
    * The CÉF registration forms
    * A copy of the child’s proof of age (e.g., birth certificate)
    * A copy of the child’s immunization record
    * Proof of Canadian citizenship, landed immigrant status, or other valid legal status, as applicable
    * Document from the previous school if your child already goes to school

* All children of French Heritage are welcome to attend CÉF schools. Other requests for admission will be considered by the Conseil scolaire fransaskois upon recommendation by your local school’s Conseil d’école. To find out more, contact your local school.

Note that your online registration does not guarantee admission to a Fransaskois school.
